The Penn Cove Water Festival features annual tribal canoe races, Native arts and crafts, demonstrations, storytelling, dance performances, artist demonstrations, authentic Native foods, children’s activities, and exhibits and displays.

Every October: All Month Haunting of Coupeville
Fun brews in Coupeville the entire month of October. Corn Maze, Wearing Bones Graveyard, Pumpkin Races and the Annual Halloween Parade.
Every Year: Red Ticket Shopping and Drawing
Shop Coupeville for the Holidays during Red Ticket season. Every 20.00 worth of purchases grants you a red ticket from participating shops, restaurants and services. Red Ticket begins around Thanksgiving and goes through Dec.
Drawing is held Sunday before the Christmas. 1 lucky shopper wins 1000.00 and 3 lucky shoppers win 100.00 each.
