We’ve had some folks ask why there are a couple businesses with Snow Peeps.  Snow Peeps have been sold to businesses since 2015.  Non-Profit Snow Peeps are granted at no cost.

HOW TO GET A SNOW PEEP:  Businesses or residents pay 60.00 for a snow person. YOU store it at your business or house and put it (safely) up each year.   Touch ups can be done every couple of years if need be.  Store your snow person in a safe and dry place.

Businesses who’ve purchased Snow People are Peak Performance Chiropractic Center, Coupe’s Last Stand Hot Dog Stand, and Lavender Wind Farm and Store

Central Whidbey Non-Profits get their Snow People for nothing.  Those non-profits who can afford it give a stipend donation to cover costs of materials.

The Snow People are painted in a undisclosed location by volunteer elves.   The “paint shop” also paints seasonal Photo Ops the Haunting of Coupeville signs and Scarecrows. WE THANK THE ELVES!

To purchase a Snow Peep or suggest a Snow Peep for a CENTRAL WHIDBEY Non-profit email coupevillehistoricwaterfrontassociation@hotmail.com USE the email title Snow Peep Request.

Snow Peeps are made of plywood and painted with weather resistant paint.  Cost of purchase only covers cost of wood and paint, and a stipend for the non-profit Snow Peep costs.  Volunteer Elf painting hours not charged for.
