Gather Cook’s Corner Park @ 4:30pm!
Wear your scariest or funniest costume, and bring trick or treat bags for surprises from local merchants at the Halloween Torchlight Parade, starting at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29 in downtown Coupeville.
Local firefighters will pass out free flashlights to the first 300 costumed kids. The parade meets at Cook’s Corner Park and proceeds along Front Street.
This family-friendly, fun event is brought to you by Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association, Central Whidbey Fire & Rescue, Island Transit, Central Whidbey Chamber, and the Island County Historical Society.

Central Whidbey fire and rescue will give free flashlights (torches) to the first 100 kids who are 10 yrs. and under.
Island transit will give you a lift (one way) to the c.e.s. fall carnival after the parade
