Organization Committee Goal: To provide leadership and encourage participation in the Historic Coupeville Waterfront Association’s organization.

Objectives:
–Develop stable funding
–Improve and increase channels of communication
–Encourage volunteer participation
–Educate members and the public about the Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association (CHWA)
–Foster working relationships with other organizations

Promotion Committee
Goal: To raise the visibility of our district.
Objectives:
–Promote the historic character
–Create identity icon
–Increase awareness of what’s available
–Find ways to bring people downtown in the “shoulder season

Economic Restructuring Committee Goal: To strengthen the district’s economic base.
Objectives:
–Develop a business success program
–Identify and recruit needed businesses

Design Committee Goal: To maintain a user-friendly district.
Objectives:
–Maintain historic character
–Help identify and encourage public Infrastructure improvements
–Encourage effective signage
–Improve public amenities
–Create a cleaner district

The cost of membership is $40.00 per year.
